What region do you service?

Express Personal Training services all across the Brisbane region, if unsure feel free to send an enquiry and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your specific location.

I am extremely unfit. Will that be a problem?

Of course not.  Everyone has a starting point and if you feel as though you aren’t at your best then we will ease you into it and gradually build up into a more intense workout.

Will I be yelled at? I don’t like aggressive trainers.

Here at Express Personal Training we believe in a supporting and encouraging approach to training.  That being said, we will definitely push you and make sure you get the most out of each session, but we don’t yell or intimidate you into getting there.

I find it hard to workout by myself, can I bring a friend?

Of course you can.  Here at Express Personal Training we believe in charging for the time, not the amount of people involved.  You will find our 1on1 and 1on2 sessions are the same price so you will be able to split the cost with a friend without any problems.

I don’t really know what I am doing?

Then this is a perfect time to start and learn new exercises and the correct technique. We wont give you anything we don’t think you are able to handle and will build into more difficult exercises once you are ready. We won’t throw you in the deep end, instead, we are here with you every step of the way

I get bored easily. Will the sessions be varied?

The fastest way to get results variety.  This way your body never becomes accustomed to your workouts and the results keep coming.  Each session will be varied and different to prevent boredom and plateaus.

What time of day can I train?

We work 6 days and 5 nights a week to offer flexibility and variety to our customers.  From 5am until 9pm weekdays and Saturday from 5am until lunch.  The big question is when are you available?  We will be more than happy to work around your schedule when possible.

How do I contact someone regarding Personal Training?

Simply feel out an enquiry and one of our trainers will contact you within the hour (taking into consideration a trainer may be in a session when your enquiry comes through).  This way you will get a prompt response to any questions you may have and we can get you on your way faster.
